The skin care at every age

Do not delay. Prevention is the best cure against aging.

Every age calls for a different type of care
Creams, dermal fillers, laser peelings and maybe one nip or tuck here and there. The medicine and cosmetic industry offer many effective solutions to slow the aging and imperfections of the face. Today the possibility of correcting the texture and disguise wrinkles with less invasive procedures is even more accessible.

One of the most important points for a beautiful and healthy dermis is prevention of time, and it
mainly involves cleansing, moisturizing and sun protection. The more care taken, means less invasive treatments need to combat aging in the future, the plastic surgeon Romeo Fadul, a specialist in rejuvenation.Say's "Those who do prevention can keep going well without the need for surgical procedures" and even when the incisions are necessary, they are much smaller and with results comparable to major procedures, according to surgeon.
Each type of skin damage and age need specific care.
It won't work for a 30 years old woman try to get advantage by use a cream for a 60  years old woman. A highly concentrated anti-aging active cream for example, can do more harm than good if used on the wrong skin."A cosmetic for someone 60 years old is too greasy for someone in her  30`s and can trigger acne.  it is common for concentrated products to have acids in the formula, and this can cause irritation and no positive results for younger women.

Treatments for each age
Knowing how to age is part of the game. Want to have skin from 50 to 20 years is wishful thinking.  However, frequent skin care can guarantee beauty and young skin over the years. See what they are according to each age group:

20 years: Sunscreen, gentle cleansing and moisturizing are the most important points. The cleaning should be done with gentle and alcohol free products. It is common acne appears at this age, if this happens, you must make a specific treatment according to advice of a dermatologist. Don’t try treating the acne yourself or following those ads on TV, it will just make you waste money and time.

30 years: More attention to  sun protection and making sure your skin is receiving the moisturising  it needs will  keep the skin glowing and gorgeous at this age. Also It's time to start using specific creams anti-aging. It is possible there could be already some sunspots and acne scars on the face, which can be easily treated with laser or peeling.

40 years old : Hydration, deep skin cleansing such as
microdermabrasion exfoliations and facial gymnastics are indicated at this age and the use of anti-aging creams at night. A moderate application of Botox can help to soften lines and a wrinkle more pronounced and prevent the skin being marked. Smoking is the main causes of aging and it shows clearly that stage of life. Attention to your diet, trying to eat food that is rich in anti oxidants and fatty acids and also it is recommended oral supplementation such as nutricosmetics. As in other phases, sunscreen is essential.

45 years: At this stage, the face already has a drop of fat, and to reverse the sagging and stimulate collagen, are recommended treatments with devices that perform a contraction of the skin, laser, pulsed light or retinoic acid. According to Romeo, the Frequency Radio is a good option to raise the eyebrow area. "The American artists do it every week along with other procedures," he says. Maurice indicates the use of creams with plant hormone, such as soy isoflavones.

50 years: You will need to increase the care  with sunscreen and take a higher factor. Cristina indicates an increased frequency of sessions of laser, infrared and radio, plus an annual peeling to homogenize the texture and skin coloration. According to the signs of skin, it is possible to think of injections that give volume and fill in the grooves - that are used for hyaluronic acid and fat grafts. At this stage, many people exaggerate in search of lost youth and ultimately further worsening the appearance of the face.

60 years or more: Continue the care of the previous phase, but now with more intensity. For those who did not make any preventive treatments will be necessary to take  more invasive procedures and plastic surgery to look younger . If the degree of sagging skin is very advanced, it is possible to do minor surgery, including the neck area.

Myths and truths about hair

I collected this information below from my reliable source,  to help us to differentiate what is myth and what is true on what the people are saying around.

They are specialist in their areas of studies:  Teacher of Cosmetology Maurício Pupo, Dermatologists Érika Voltan and Marcella Delcourt and  Chemistry specialized in development of hair care products Everton Freitas.

1. Hair straightening damage your hair
True:
Formaldehyde and other straightness products, oxidize and destroy part of the strandprotein, making them more brittle, porous and dull, explains Maurício Pupo.

2. Dye your hair can cause hair loss
Myth:  Our specialists say that is a myth.  Dye hair works only along the hair length not in the root.  Unless the woman has an allergy to components and not properly use (overreacting in time, for example). Marcella Delcourt agrees and adds: Currently, the most modern shades are composed of amino acids that protect the strands, it closes the cuticle that were opened by ammonia. For allergy sufferers, there are no synthetic dye shades, which have the least amount of ammonia.

3. You can’t wash your hair every day
Myth: Yes you can.
Especially if it is oily. Staying several days without washing your hair can cause seborrhoea, explains Erika. And Marcella teaches that the ideal is to make smooth movements with your fingertips and also says that oily hair should be washed every day, with specific shampoos and massages without excessive, not to stimulate oil production. As for the conditioner, just pass on the tips.

4. Hairdryer and straighter damage your hair
True: hairdryer too hot can increase the incidence of seborrhoea. Straighter
should be done with dry hair, to avoid temperature shock and cause breakage of the strands, explains Erika. In the case of the straighter, the danger is even greater because it can reach temperatures around 200 ° C.

5. Need to use a deep clean shampoo
Truth: Everton says that if you use many build up products on your hair, a deep clean shampoo is more than necessary. It will detox your hair from those products. Maurício agree and says that even people who use only shampoo, conditioners and hair mask should use it. Marcela indicates this product once a week or fortnightly.

6.
Bleached hair becomes fragile
Truth:
In the process of discoloration occurs breaking the hair cuticle, which makes them more fragile. Also, get more dehydrated, "says Erika, who recalls the basics: Make a moisturizing after bleaching and dyes, to return the protective coatings. Marcella says more: Avoid disrupting the damaged hair by chemical processes. Discoloration can make them even weaker.

7. Cut the hair tips make the hair stronger
Myth:
no way affirms Maurício Pupo. Depends on your cut, can even affects your root.  Marcella says that cut the tips only eliminates the split ends and the damage parts of your hair giving you the false impression that your hair looks healthier. That`s all. The strands grows about 1cm a month, either you cut the ends or not.

8.
It is good to use ampoules of vitamins in shampoo
Myth: Erika Voltan warns that doesn`t work, because the shampoo doesn`t stay enough time in the head to penetrate vitamins. Marcella complete: The ideal is a balanced diet can provide those vitamins, which act from within, and not vice versa.

9. There is a need for weekly hair mask
maybe:
It’s not compulsory, but it’s a good idea if the hair is too damage, too dry. Damage hair by dye or permanent straitening process need intensive treatments and in this case the hair mask it’s a good alternative.

10. Hats damage the hair
Truth:
And use them with your hair wet can cause seborrhoea, according to Érika Voltan. Maurício warns to some fabrics that leaves the scalp damp. The favor proliferation
of microorganisms may cause various problems. Also, some hats if too tight can affect the root.

11.  Your diet affects your hair health
Truth:
all specialists agree with this statement.  The lack of nutrients like, iron, Zinc, can lead to hair loss, according to Érika. And Maurício says that A balanced diet specially in proteins and vitamins antioxidants – keeps our hair strong and healthy. The most important is Vitamin A e C. Marcella also give one more tip: to make your sebaceous glândul works well and lubricate the strands we have to invest in good oils such
as Olive oil in our diet.

12. Tie your hair up damage the strands
Truth: people with afro hair usually tie their hair up very tight, after some time they can lose their front hair, those first strands that grows close to the forehead because those strands start to grow further up by being pulled so hardly for so many years. This can affect not only the strand but also the root as well. When Tying your hair, do this only with your  hair dry and for a short period of time

13. Health Problems are the major causes of hair loss
Truth: Anaemia, alterations of  thyroid, haematological diseases, depression medication or  weight loss, bleeding,  contraceptive pills  can cause hair loss. As well as
periods ofafter childbirth, surgery, infection or high feverMaurice remembers other three enemies: the stress, crash dieting and hormonal changes.

14.  Hair extension damage your hair
Maybe: Marcella and  Evandro advise be very careful with this procedure. The best procedure is done with nature hair, because it can be dye, stylised and invincible least than synthetic ones, , according to Marcella speaks as well about problems that can occur when taking  off the extension hair. The glue used on the procedure is hard to remove. The hairdresser have to be very careful otherwise it can destroy the real hair. A good hair extension doesn’t damage the hair as long as you take care of it properly. The hair specialist Evandro says  comb and hair dryer have to be away from hair glue and the women have to apply and remove the hair extension with the same hairdresser to avoid that other professional from other salon who doesn`t know what technique was used on the procedure , may damage your hair.

15. Hot water is bad for hair
Truth:
It contributes to increase seborrhoea and can cause hair loss. Says Erika. Hot water favours the production of sebaceous glandules. Even during the winter, hair has to be washed with warm water not hot. According to Professor Maurício, the problem is the association of hot water and the aggressive ingredients presents in the shampoo. The combination of hot water and shampoo can damage the hair. He recommends warm water and let the hair in contact with the shampoo for less time as possible...
